Hi, I'm Zoe.

I've spent the last 6 years working with anyone from an every-day gym-goer to high level athletes to make nutrition simple, easy to follow and most importantly make you feel good again!

After prepping my husband for his first powerlifting competition in 2021, I soon joined the Rivercity Barbell team as their Sports Dietitian where we have coached multiple athletes to place in both national and world level competitions.
Every day I see lifters shoot themselves in the foot by smashing their training, but not following up with proper nutrition.
Whether this be from worrying about your weight, not knowing what to aim for with your food or simply not having the time to figure it out all by yourself - I get it!
Nutrition isn't your day job, and you already have loads on your plate.
My passion is for helping lifters to make their food simple, easy and enjoyable by taking away the stress of constantly thinking about what to eat, when and if it's actually helping you to achieve your goals!
